1. Office of Company Registrar (OCR)
The OCR certificate is our foundational legal document. It confirms that Himalayan Travellers Trek and Expedition is a legally recognized entity under the Government of Nepal. This registration ensures that we operate as a legitimate business under the prevailing corporate laws.
2. Permanent Account Number (PAN) / VAT

3. Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) License

4. Trekking Agencies’ Association of Nepal (TAAN)

5. Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) Membership
For our climbing expeditions and high-altitude treks, our NMA Membership is vital. It authorizes us to obtain climbing permits for “Trekking Peaks” and confirms our commitment to the safety and development of Nepal’s mountaineering sector.
